Strengths in Action
At Tomiko, we believe the most powerful growth begins at the intersection of what you do well, what you love, and where you can lead with intention. But identifying and elevating your true strengths takes more than a personality quiz or a list of accomplishments—it takes perspective.
That’s why I created Strengths in Action—a simple yet powerful tool that invites both self-reflection and peer insight to help you gain clarity on the strengths that shape your leadership.

How to Use It?
Step 1: Self-Assessment
Start by listing your top strengths—these might be themes that show up in feedback, areas where you feel in flow, or talents that energize you.
Next, rate yourself on a scale from 1 to 10, where:
1 = early in development
10 = fully activated and impactful in your career
Step 2: Gather Feedback
Invite 1–3 trusted peers—colleagues, mentors, or friends—to rate you on the same strengths. Their task is simple: provide a score from 1–10 based on how fully they’ve seen you use each strength in your work.
No comments are required—just honest, thoughtful ratings.
Step 3: Reflect and Rank
Average the scores and rank your strengths from highest to lowest. Then reflect:
Which strengths are your clearest superpowers?
Which might need more visibility or intention?
How can you design your work and leadership around what you do best?

Why It Matters?
When you understand your strengths in action—not just in theory—you begin to lead with more authenticity, energy, and impact. And when others affirm those strengths, it creates momentum and clarity.
This tool is a mirror, a compass, and a springboard.
Use it solo or as part of a coaching engagement—it’s designed to meet you where you are and help you grow forward.
